Intel and China, Creating the Future
Today, much of the world's business and social fabric is built upon Intel digital technology — technology that is driven by semiconductors. As the world continues to advance, so, too, must semiconductor technology. Barriers in technology represent more than just physics or engineering problems; they are barriers to the future. Intel is a company with the longest history of overcoming difficult technology barriers. That legacy has never been more evident than today with the introduction of tri-gate transistors and 22 nm process technology. These advances in semiconductor technology and the exciting Collaborative Innovations happening in China will spawn next-generation advances in the world of business, healthcare, education, and society at large, and so the cycle will continue.
